A budget of up to 200,000 euros covers our entire model range. All twelve models are below this threshold with their starting price; the most expensive is the Aurora Frame at 199,000 euros. From the entry-level model to the luxury house, you thus have a free choice.
What is decisive, however, is that additional costs for foundation, transport and servicing are added to the pure house price. Experience shows these amount to around 15 to 25 percent of the house price. Anyone calculating tightly with 200,000 euros should therefore consider the model and the additional costs together.
All prices and areas are starting values from our model data and serve as a guide. The final price depends on fittings, technology and interior fit-out. For reliable figures we prepare an individual quote for you, including additional costs.

Why additional costs co-determine the budget
The starting price of a model is not the final price for a ready-to-move-in home. Additional costs for foundation, transport, servicing and connections for water, wastewater and electricity are added to the house price. As a rule of thumb we reckon with around 15 to 25 percent of the house price.
A worked example as a sample calculation: the Panorama XL from 159,000 euros, with around 20 percent additional costs, that is about 31,800 euros, comes to roughly 190,800 euros in total and thus just under 200,000 euros. Anyone who wants to fully use their budget of 200,000 euros should therefore choose a model below about 160,000 euros.
This sample calculation does not replace a quote. The actual additional costs depend heavily on the plot, the ground conditions and the servicing effort. We determine them as part of the plot check and show them separately in the quote.

Which model suits your budget
Anyone who wants to invest up to 200,000 euros has the choice between area, fittings and an additional-cost buffer. For a model with upmarket fittings and a generous additional-cost buffer, houses up to about 160,000 euros are suitable, such as the Panorama XL, Toscana or Atelier Plus.
Anyone who wants to max out the area and the fitting level will find the top models in the Lumen from 189,000 euros and the Aurora Frame from 199,000 euros. With these, hardly any of the 200,000-euro budget is left for additional costs, so a somewhat higher total budget can make sense.
Which model suits your plot, your use and your budget is something we clarify in the consultation. For the location question we recommend an early plot check so that the additional costs can be calculated realistically.
