As a road-approved vehicle, the Nordic Nomad needs no building permit for transport. Once it is permanently sited and lived in, however, local building law applies. We clarify the location question together with you.

How is the tiny house transported?
The Nordic Nomad sits on a road-approved tandem trailer up to 3.5 t. It can be towed with a suitable vehicle or delivered by us to your desired location.
What does the Nordic Nomad cost?

How long does production take?
From order confirmation we usually need four to six months until your mobile tiny house is delivered.
