Can I also rent out my vacation tiny house when I am not using it?

In many regions, vacation renting is possible and popular. Whether and to what extent it is permitted depends on the zoning of the plot and local licensing rules and should be clarified in advance.

Do I need my own plot of land?

For a permanently placed vacation home, a suitable plot is generally required. We advise you on the requirements; the plot search and legal review are carried out with local partners.

How is the tiny house delivered abroad?

We coordinate production and transport. Within Europe, delivery is usually by road; to islands by ferry. We clarify the details project by project.

Is a tiny house suitable for year-round use in the south?

With suitable insulation, shading and heating/cooling technology, our houses are also suitable for long seasons and mild winters. We plan the fittings depending on the location.
